I have submitted my nokia lumia 610 mobile to nokia service centre in lajpat nagar on 29 april 2014 & they give me time 10 to 15 working days to return the day is 16 may 2014. When i asked about my lumia return status they can’t give me a date to return it. They are says sir we will call u after 2 to 3 days, your phone is not ready to give you, i say ok when I call them after 4 days they are again says sir after 3 days we will call you, your phone is not ready to give you. I complaint in nokia main centre, who is in Bangalore, but they are also give me time of another next 3 days, I am really very upset from the nokia feed back, so i want complaint in consumer court. I don’t know which day they are giving me my phone. Today (23-04-2014) i spend one week without any mobile and i am face many problems giving by nokia mobiles.

I want the my phone otherwise give me a new mobile of my mobile price range, soon as possible, i don’t want spending a whole month without any phone.
