Nokia Mobile Service not Done in Warranty

I had purchased a Nokia Mobile E6 Serial No. 3554875048052861 online from Letsbuy.com. The order date was 23/02/2012 and the Invoice date is 25/02/2012.. The Invoice No. DLSIN/11-12/84298.The mobile phone was defective as it would ang anytime and go on hold. Being a working lady, it was not easy for me to be without the handset even for a few days.I had given the phone for repair in the month of October 2012. The problem was not rectified fully. However they updated the software. After, sometime the frequency of the problem increased. I again sent the phone for repair along with the RECEIPT at Nokia Service Centre, Sector-15 Faridabad. There I was told that the phone is not under warranty. How could it be possible. It is not even one year since I have purchased the phone. It appears that there is a manufacturing defect in the phone

Many times when I was talking to my bosses, the phone went on hold. . When I have been talking to seniors, the call gets in between to somebody else. I have had to face many embarassing situations like this and face saving becomes very difficult.

I want my handset replaced
