Nokia XL Software Problems Automatic Restarts

I have purchased a Nokia xl on 15th July 2014. From the very first week it was showing software problems and getting restarted automatically. After two months I was not being able to charge the phone and on taking it to the authorized service center in ekdalia, Kolkata, they said that the usb port is defective and will take around 17 days time to get it replaced. When I got my phone back the software problem was still there, and now it had developed an LCD problem (the screen was flickering). After 3 days the phone was again not getting charged. I called up the helpline number n was told to deposit the phone and give him the sheet number. On taking it back to the service center,they now tell me that the USB socket is broken and I will have to pay Rs. 4500 and get the mother board replaced. Besides, the customer care executives there were very arrogant and uncooperative. So I wanted to speak to the Branch Manager, they told me to wait for 20 mins. After waiting,on again inquiring, I was told that he was not available n that I would have to call him later on. I have paid over Rs.13000 for this handset, and am harassed ever since I have bought it with some problem or the other.Besides, the customer service isn’t cooperative at all. I am a working woman, I have bought this phone for my official use which is getting hampered.Besides it isn’t possible for me to run to a service center every month in order to repair a brand new phone.. I would demand an immediate replacement as I feel I do not deserve such a defective product after paying for a good one.
