I have purchased the Nokia 107 Dual Sim from Yashvi International, Ranchi dated : 17/10/04 having invoice no. 2306. Currently I am facing problem with Audio & Vibration (No Vibration). I visited Nokia service center on 25/10/2014 where they replied it will be exchanged and you will get new phone via Yashvi International. When I visited there on 18/10/14 he kept my phone and told me that it will be exchanged within 10-12 days. Again when I inquire about my complaint status he told me that company told him that warranty of this phone expires.
