TATA Docomo – Post to Prepaid Conversion Review

Wrto Request No: 427470905 (i.e post to pre connection), I would like to say that from last 3 months I got an call from Tata docomo representative to submit the balance amount of rupees two thousand and six hundred. I already have submitted all the related document’s and balance amount to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid in the month of august and also got an confirmed date (i.e 22/08/2014) from customer care executive for the successfully completion of generated request. Meanwhile, I was out of station due to official work, and I was under impression that this connection was not supported from that given date (i.e 22/08/2014) and unknowingly due to dual sim phone i have used the internet service given by TTL. I would sincerely request you to look into this matter because as per brand name I am not convinced with the fraud service provided by TATA docomo. After such a blunder your employee is blaming me that this is my mistake. As an customer I have suffered a lot due to the TATA Docomo connection and after sales service. And also I would like to say that such big brand does not have any transparency and way to do any job with full responsibility. Hope u will understand and you are kindly requested to clarify this matter ASAP.

This was totally fraud with me and I would request you to please clear this matter.
