Please look into this, earlier we had submitted the Our Handset Micromax Canvas Knight A-290 on 7th Nov’14 to Micro max Authorised Service center Named M/s Satguru Communication Shop No-1 Ground floor Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital Sector -27 Noida Uttar Pradesh-201301. TIN No. 9465710277. I haven’t received any kind of update from Service centre/Micromax as I am a working employee I really need a working handset as a backup until I get my repaired or replaced handset after a very normal issue of charging port. Please expedite as the same is a very critical issue as this is pending with service center since more than 1 month and 28 days. Please refer the attached job sheet for the same.
