Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased Jio SIM four days back from Realiance Digital Store, Sundernagar, Mandi (HP) with SIM no. 70181X3423. but the activation is still awaited. Every time I contact them, they used to tell me to wait for 1-2 hours, This is my life’s worst experience ever. I don’t know how will you maintain the customer satisfaction services in future with such a worse begining and such a unreliable team of staff working at customer support in Sundernagar, Mandi (HP)
