An airtel prepaid sim no-89911014023 30099068 , mob no-9650599921 was purchased for Smt Rajni Chaudhary from airtel office sector 4 market Dwarka NewDelhi on 16 Apr14 for Rs300/-, however inspite of all documents being correct & verified the connection has till date not activated & status shows “not registered on network” Have spoken to customer care but all in vain. Now the airtel staff(Mr Rajesh 9958581234)tells me to bring id proof & photo again on 21 Apr 14 so that another SIM can be given . Why documents again when already verified by airtel office , why they are taking 4 days instead of activating the service within 48hrs. I want the solution to the problem immediately please.

Block Lost Mobile SIM
