This is in reference to non adherence of Rolls for NDNC

Now I as surprised to sea the new pattern of SMS Marketing via regular mobile connections. Now a days SMS Marketing agencies are using regular mobile connections and send the bulk SMS to the DND registered telephones connections and there is not any check on them as they are doing there business easily and they promote themselves as a company to send SMS to DND registered numbers.

I am is one of the harassed customers. Please go through the below details.

I am using Mobile connection for Telecom Airtel Punjab. My mobile no. is 9915510019. I am receiving regularly promosion SMS although I am registered with DND list of Tele Marketing from last many years. Regarding this issue I already have talked with my service provider i.e. Airtel Telecom Punjab but they are not interested to solve the issue.

So now I am hard to mark a copy to Higher authorities to come to their attention about the problem.

In the last few days I have received so many Marketing SMS from different Mobile numbers
