I had given contract of flooring work and window alteration of my flat to contractor and now he want more money therefore he kept pending my flooring work unfinished (In my hall he did not fit one tile). and same with window also. as he is general contractor he did not gave me any bill or challan and there is no written contract between me and him (It was mutual understanding or you can say Oral contract). I have my bank detail for payment made by me to above contractor. it is now one month to above incident. despite repetitive phone call and message he is not answering.can i sue him in consumer court ?
