Hi,

My case has been going on with Disrict Forum Gurgaon for the past TWELVE YEARS. After the initial order by the Forum on 29.1.1998, there have been over seven orders from State and National Forum also but Huda has yet to make the payment of the penalty of Rs. 200 per day imposed on them by the District Forum (upheld by State and National Commission also).

What I have been experiencing with the Huda and the Consumer Courts is that only dates are announced. Until today, no judge has done the reasonable thing by bringing Huda to books and force them to pay the penalty. In the meantime, they have offered possession of an absolutely hopeless plot (reward for the fight that has been going on since 1986 – year of allotment) which the President of District Forum forced me to accept.

Can someone wake up please and put Huda to task so that they make the payment without any delay.

I shall then have a reason to salute at least one person who does the reasonable that needs to be done.

As usual, during last hearing also another date was announced without realising that with every such announcement, the aggrieved is losing his years of life.
