Sir I am a Air Force Serving person and my permanent address is AT/PO-Gangraj, Dist-Mayurbhanj, Orissa-757105 and presently serving at Command Met, Head Quarter Eaastern Command, Shillong, Meghalaya-793009. I have booked a plot of 1500sqft at Purusottam Marketing Agency, N1-16, IRC Village, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar-751015 at an amount of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) as a advance on 25 October 2005 vide their Money Receipt No. 462 dated 25 Oct 2005. On October 2006 I applied for refund of my advance booking money as I am able to purchase the booked plot due to my service requirement and the application was accepted by the agency and they assured that the money will be sent to me through Draft. I was continuously touch with the Managing Partner Mr. Udaykar Sahu through telephone/mobile, and he always assured for refund at the earliest but till 12 September 2007 I had not received the same. On 13 September 2007 again I wrote a personal letter stating the same about refund of booking money but till date I have not received any money. Sir, please advice me what to do ?
