It has been observed last six months bank staffs are totally non cooperative. In last week they are demanding authority letter to collect my saving account cheque book, they refused to give my chequebook to my son. since last more then nine years they are issuing cheque book to my son or my office peon.

we immediate require excuses in writing or otherwise we will closed all our accounts in this branch,we already send a complaint mail to their H.O. but till todate they never replied.
