I Prasanna Wakhale would like to bring it to your kind notice that- I booked 1 Ubislate 7+ device vide order no. PM6E77B99A4B in June 12 and I was assured of it to be delivered in June 12. I paid the sum of Rs. 2999/- through chq no. 115238 of Union Bank of India, Sagar (M. P.) in the name of ‘Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.’ The chq has been encashed by them on 24 Jun 2012 but I have not received the device yet, now they are not replying to any of my email. What to do? Please help me… —————— Prasanna Wakhale Mob. I am waiting since then, each time they make excuse. Their last email said that ‘The stock of this device is not available’, now they are not replying to emails.

I would like to have my ordered device to be delivered or the whole money is to be refunded within 1 month.
