As i recharge my Reliance mobile number with a topup they are activating VAS on my number without any attempt from my end to avail the service and deducting amount from balance.its is happening with me continuously from last one month.

Financial loss,and when trying to call someone then it says you do not have enough balance to call

refund all the amount deducted from my account and also do not activate any VAS again until i request for it.
