Aircel activated VAS and deducted balance several times ,18/12/12 & 20/12/12 they have activated VAS and deducted balance from my A/C. I had contacted customer care but they are not ready to refund the balance, after that I had contacted Appellate Authority through mail and he assured me it will be solved within 48 hrs. but after 48 hrs when it was not solved then I tried to contact with Appellate Authority by phone but he is not ready to pick up the phone.

Please take Strict & Strict action so that such private telecom operator will think twice to do such type of cheating with their consumer and without proper consent from consumer they will never ever activate any service it may be VAS or other service. I shall be very also very thankful to you if you please arrange to refund my deducted amount (Rs. 5+ Rs.4)= Rs.9/- and charge a very big penalty to Aircel.
