Sir, I had submitted my courier for delivery on 25/04/2013 which has not been delivered to its destination. My consignment number is C02292010. It shows the delay pending from place hajipur since 3-4 days which is 30 km from the destination. It is very disheartening to see this kind of unprofessional behaviour from a company as reputed as yours. I sincerely hope some action would be taken at the earliest. Regards, Sameer kishan
