Hello, I purchased a telephone set online from www.timtara.com website on 21-Feb-2013 at 8.28pm and paid an amount of Rs.850 through visa credit card Transaction #10176055. The order number provided was 10399462 with a target delivery of three weeks. It is already three weeks and then I got concerned and tried contacting them in their helpline numbers 0135-3051500. this number never goes through. I have tried dropping them emails through their website but no response. I think the website is a big fraud and do not seem to have any intention to deliver the product.

The economic damage is for Rs 850 which I paid online but this has resulted in mental agony and has put questions on the online fraud being happening in India.

I want my money back with proper interest and want these people be tried under applicable laws.
