I have booked one parcel from Ahmedabad jn to Rayagada junction on 23-09-11 receipt no.-288267, and the parcel was was not delivered. I filed a claim with all the necessary documents and original bills railways is not processing the claim. already 2.5 years have passed. claim no. is 1120900413
