Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a GE C1033 digital camera from www.timtara.com on 11.12.2013. They had promised to deliver the product within 3 weeks.My order id is 10366418. The total amount was INR 2500 payed through UBI Debit card of my office staff named Samaraj T. The transaction id was10160789. Now when ever I call the customer care number of timtara 0135 3051500 or 0135 6670700 the customer care agents tell me to have patience and the product will be delivered within 2 Jan and today when I called they are saying it will be delivered by the end of this week. The point is that they do not know from where and how the product will be delivered. Every time I open the website it simply shows awaiting shipment(screen shot attached). Every time I call they will simply give new and lame excuses. They are simply harassing me and also when I ask for a supervisor or a manager, they ask me the reason. When I give any reason about my order they will simply say this is not a valid reason for speaking to a manager. Till now I have not revved any confirmation email from their side. They simply play with words on the phone and try make the customer angry. www.timtara.com is owned by Infosecure Consulting Private Limited B-26, Second Floor, Sector-8 Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh , India These people might also have an office at connaught place New Delhi. Their 2 email address are as follows cco@timtara.com, customerfirst@timtara.com which do not reply. Their agents tell you will get a call back and there is none. Moreover if they do not have a particular product they should not display it on their website. It is my humble request to you to kindly save me and others as well from this fraud company. I could reach you via this email but what about those who could not. Please help me as I am far away from this company and suggest me what to do. I will be highly obliged for your this kind deed.
