I purchased Samsung 1 TB external hardisk with details Order ID 100012551 on 24-Feb-2014 (2)@ 6603 Order ID 100012148 on 23-Feb-2014 (1)@ 3301 Despite repeated requests and reminders the brand has neither send the product nor refunded the amount charged now have stopped picking up the calls and also not replying to emails. Only false commitments are send via ticketed now being not replied (933721,930842,717943,990243) Please help me with the refund or product.
Rs 9904 loss of money as the product is lying pending for dispatch since 20 days and now mental harassment since no reply to emails or calls. I want either my product on priority or refund at the earliest since I have to meet my credit card payment obligation and since last 20 days I am at a loss of Rs 9904 and being continuously harassed by the brand.
