I have been charged wrongly for data in the month of February. Although I have a plan of 1 GB- 3G data followed by Unlimited 2G data, I have been charged for the data beyond the 1 GB limit. This is in violation of the plan that was sold to me.

I have to pay an extra amount of Rs. 362.11 towards data charges although I have selected an “unlimited 2G” data plan

I want that the charges towards data be adjusted so that I get what I have opted for in my plan. That means there should be no extra charges to be paid by me as asked by the company.
