We buy reliance DTH in November 2013 and suddenly in march month of 2014 Reliance DTH is not working properly like when we power on then power did not come in Set-Up box. I complained in customer care with complaint no. 217645589 and still no one reached my home for handling the problem from reliance and we are regularly contacting to reliance but they are responding.

We just only want that qualified engineer come from reliance and solve our problem.
