I have the honour to inform you that I am eligible to draw my Children pension from Railway authority vide holder of P.P.O. No. KIR/PN/6891 of my father Late Antaray Kami and A/c No. 10850930216. I came to know from the Bank concern i.e. SBI/Kurseong Branch, P.O. & P.S. Kurseong, Dist. Darjeeling that they have sent to you a request letter vide no. Govt. – 955, dt. 15/03/2013 to returned the original P.P.O. But I am sorry to informed you that till date no response has been made from your end. Therefore I request you to be kind enough to look into the matter seriously and sent the appropriate P.P.O. to the Branch concern as requested at your earliest and obliged. Sub : Non payment of children pension in favour of Miss Shyamu Tamang, unmarried daughter of Late Babu Ram Tamang, Holder of PPO No. NJP/PN/78, dt : 17.02.2014, A/C No. 31108254262. Respected Sir, I have the honour to inform you that I am eligiable to draw my children pension from Railway authority vide Holder of P.P.O No. NJP/PN/78, dt : 17.02.2014. SBI/Kurseong, A/C No. 31108254262 from the Divisional Finance Manager/N.F.Railway/New Jalpaiguri. I came to Know that my original P.P.O has been submitted to the Focal branch of State Bank of India, Centralized Pension Processing Centre Ne circle, 6th Floor of Sethi Trust Building, Guwahati-781005 (Assam), vide Divisional Finance Manager/N.F.Railway/New Jalpaiguri forwarding L/No. NJP/PN/POL/88, dt : 17.02.2014. On enquiry I came to know that my original P.P.O has been sent by the of State Bank of India, Centralized Pension Processing Centre Ne circle 6th Floor of Sethi Trust Building, Guwahati-781005 (Assam) to Chief Manager (CPPC), State Bank of India, Centralized Pension Processing centre, Samriddhi Bhawan, Block 7C, 8C & 8B, 1 Stand Road, Kolkata-700001, West Bengal through L/No. CPPC/RLY/TFR/24, dt : 16.04.2014. speed post no. ES 686026159IN, dt: 21.04.2014. It is a matter of great regret till date my Pension has not been credited to my account lying with paying branch that is SBI/Kurseong branch. Therefore I request you to be kind enough to look into the matter seriously so that I may get my pension as early as possible and obliged.
