Non performance of JVC handicam

Dear sir,
I purchased one JVC handy cam from VIJAY SALES Maninagar Ahmedabad on 3/2/2009,( sales invoice no 63-MNG02-098ICD 347 3/02/09) and the problems of non performance of above camera starts in June 2009 . At the time of Purchase of camera, it was promised by the Vijay sales that you will get the service of camara at Ahmedabad Service center.
When problem starts, within, the warranty period, I approach to Vijay sales in June 2009 and they gave me the address of local service center in Ahmedabad. To my surprise, the service center deny the service of the same with a reason that they are authorised to do the service, only for those JVC product, which is purchased from abroad. All Indian purchase JVC product is not serviced by Ahmedabad Service Center.
Then I gave it to Vijay sales and after as many as 100 plus phone calls, I got my camara back on 15/10/09, exactly after four months.
According to my oral enquiry, each time I got the reply that your Handy cam is at Mumbai Under repair. I was specifically assured about local service center at the time of purchase) When I started the use of my camera, I found that the voice recording is vanished during picture recording. ,which means , they solve one problem and create another one.
Again I gave it back on 22/10/09 with a specific request, to replacs the same for which MR Ritesh Sinha, Manager Vijay sales agreed upon in writing, (Copy is with me ) but to my surprise, to day the same shop representative approached to me with the same old camera with a repairing Chalan Gate pass which i didnot accepted.

Now I want the replacement or preferably refund of above camera amount ( RS 9990 =00),
Kindly do needful for my complaint at an earliest.
