I had purchased a dell inspiron laptop from m/s HI TECH INFOSYS (85 Metclafe Street, 4th Flr, Kolkata-13) vide invoice no 92 dated 18/05/09 for Rs 37500.00 and I opted for the same on the pretext of a good offer of a free CD Player from the Company as was promiced by Mr Pradeep Ganguly, the representative of M/s Hi tech Infosys.The free article was scheduled to come to me within a period of 7 Days from registration which I aptly did on the very next day.
However, I am yet to receive the promiced free CD Player.Nobody from M/s Hitech Infosys is responsible enough to take my calls and give a reasonable response.I have to make calls from different phones so that they take my calls.I have been cheated and upon that I am being made to feel like a beggar.Kindly take necessary action so that innocent customers are not fooled like this.
