Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am a student of IGNOU of PGDHHM course (December’16) batch having enrollment no. 161588546. I have passed my examinations that was held in December,2016 but haven’t received the hard copy of Marksheet/Passing certificate for the same. I have contacted the local IGNOU centre that is in Patna but haven’t received any proper response. I’ve mailed the same to concerned authorities but reply is still awaiting. Kindly help.
