With due respect I am informing you that I, Mousumi Chowdhury (Saha) was an employee of India Infoline Insurances Broker Ltd. From that concern I received my salary after deduction of TDS on every month basis. Total TDS amount was INR 7368/- which was applied by me for deducted TDS return amount through return application dated on 27/06/2013 & receipt number is 3311000059. But unfortunately till today I have not received the same. Please note my PAN number AIVPC867XX for do the needful on urgent basis. I hope that you will see this matter.
