I had booked one parcel (1 motor cycle & 2 cartoons) from Ahmedabad to Rayagada on 23-May-09 from Ahmedabad in ADI-PURI Superfast express (Train no. 2844, Receipt no. 288267, receipt attached).It reached Rayagada on 24-May-09 but was not unloaded due to the absence of respective staff on the station & over carried to Puri. When I went to Rayagada station, concerned officer i.e. Mr. J.V Kiran told “it is not my duty to unload the parcel, if you want your parcel. Go to Puri.” Then I personally went to Puri on 12-June-09, there I came to know that Motor cycle was loaded back to Rayagada in 2843 ADI-PURI super fast express on 26-May-09 (SLR no. RBRC978728) and 2 cartoons were loaded back to Rayagada in 2843 ADI-PURI super fast express on 28-May-09 (SLR no. RBRC04709) but again were not unloaded in Rayagada.

Already around one month had passed but still I don’t know where my parcel is & when I’ll get it.

I am newly married & my all house hold items were in that cartoon, which mean more than money to me & my wife & without which we are unable to start our new life.

Sir this is a humble request that please help me to get my parcel back in time so that we can start our new married life.

Also I should be reimbursed for the mental tension that I had gone through
