We haven’t received the payments against the following Fixed Deposits Receipts: 61794,62204,62364 ;dated 25-1-1997 of amount Rs. 4000 each & maturity date 24-01-2002 & maturity amount was 10000.

This investments was made to secure higher studies of the child.The funds were desperately needed & after many calls & tries also nothing has been done so far. I have beared a lot of transportation & call charges for the same. Also have taken loan for education which I will be able to repay after receiving this amount. I am paying interest on that loan too.

I want payment against my fixed deposits & also the compensation for the losses I have beared due to the non-payment. Also the expenditure I have done for the enquiries in the past 12 years for the same.
