My brand new micromax smartphone was facing problems so i submitted it to service center but now they are not concerned about it. Also to check status of the same I always need to travel long to service center since because they always keep their phone off hook so that we’ll get busy tone (I have seen this personally when i visited the center and also asked them about same that why they keep receiver off hook but they ignored me) and after travelling there also they are giving me false information about its status. Also they closed the job sheet (which they use as a tracker to the issue) without anybody’s concern. But Micromax helpline fellow (Hotline customer care number) told me that job sheet has been closed and please cross check with service center then they told me that we closed it by mistake and given me 1 new job sheet which again will ask me to wait for more 10 days for my phone. This is simply making fool of customer.
I just want my phone back as soon as possible with all the issues resolved in it. I have attached the old job sheet scan copy which they closed without giving back my phone just to show higher management that they are working fine.
