I have a boradband connection by BSNL and I’m facing serious issues with it. The service is not providing me a stable connection. The problem is my connection goes off and on every time. I pay Rs.900+ every month just for the connection for 2mbps plan(High speed they say) and I’m not getting what I pay for. Internet gets disconnected frequently(almost in an interval of 5mins) and when it’s up the speed is sometimes 40kbps or in worst situation it goes about 3kbps. I’ve informed this several times to my nearest exchange (BSNL EXCH, AYAVANA, MUVATTUPUZA (0485-2282198)) and they’re not even ready to take actions for my complaint. Most of the times they act like they don’t care and this is very rude.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any options right now to port to other boardband service. So, I really want my issue with BSNL broadband connection to get solved asap. What relief I want: 1. Stable internet connection 2. Service for the money I pay. I chose the 2mbps plan because I needed it. So, I want the speed “That they offer in paper” or at least a fair internet speed for the money I pay for. PS : THE CONNECTION WENT OFF 4 TIMES WHILE I WAS TYPING THIS COMPLAINT.
