My telecom service provider had deduct my balance many time.once they deduct balance of rs. 30 and when i asked for refund they gave excuse that this charges is for service renewal ,so could not be refunded.And also told that 3 days has been passed,so no other information could be provided.when i want to contact customer care next day of this deduction

when they deduct my balance ,I was in roaming(rajhisthan)due to this deduction i was unable to call my friend & has suffered many problem.

I want that penalty should be imposed on my telecom because their business practice is unfair.
