Dear Sir, I have surrendered my reliance number +91 9827412xxx on Feb 2014 & from reliance it’s services has been discontinued by 8th March. After surrendering the number Rs. 1296 was due on Reliance for that they have mailed that it will be refunded within 60 days but yet I haven’t received my refund. When I tried to know the status when I will get, they are refusing to tell. I already have marked mail to corporate customer care& RCom Appellate Authority for the same but they are not giving any reply on mail too. Already I have complained multiple times on Public Grievance portal for the services related issue. It has been more than 6 months of their poor services. Request you to plz take some legal action on them as well as I request you to plz provide my money with interest and compensation for being harassed mentally and physically.
