I would like to bring to your notice fraud taking place at Ables Academy, Kota, Rajasthan. Ables Academy (www.visionkota.com ) is providing education via satellite for various engineering and medical courses. They are offering franchise across India for the same. I am a common Indian, Sachin Tah, BE Computer Science 1998 Batch, worked with companies like Cognizant, Infosys and now owner of my own Software Company in Pune, Maharashtra. We stay in Pune, Maharashtra. We tried for taking franchise of Ables Academy for Pune location. First of all they took full amount in advance of 9.8 L rupees via cheque from our side. They promised to provide us brand new equipment for online classes, room infrastructure, study material and other course related materials in Pune. However After taking full amount in advance their response changed dramatically. They refused to provide class infrastructure and they delayed installation by asking us to rent a high end classroom which is equipped with Air condition, generator backup and other facilities. Again, we invested lot of money in renting office and decorating it as per their requirements. After sending them photographs of our office, they sent their engineer for installation in Pune. First of all the engineer should come from Tata or Airtel(Depending upon their Satellite Service provider), but they sent a person with no knowledge, secondly to our surprise they sent old and second hand equipment (like old projector, IP camera, IP router, satellite dish etc.) which the engineer failed to install at our Pune location because they were faulty. After tolerating their unprofessional behavior for long time we asked them to cancel our engagement and return back our money since they have not signed any kind of agreement also with us. They straight away refused to do so and in turn sent us notice from their lawyers asking for more money from us. They are blackmailing us to start the classroom. We come from a lower middle class background and reached this level by working really really hard. we have invested our hard earned money for a good business cause and with good intentions, we do not want to risk future of students with such unprofessional individuals whose sole aim is just to earn money. Yes we agree that now education is business however there is a community service attached to this business which has to be there. Kota being the education hub and crown of India, we blindly trusted Ables institutes. Now we lost almost 15 L rupees and clueless what to do and whom to approach. We would like to request you to please look into this matter and stop such influential and powerful people to use their power to stain education field, Kota and Rajasthan. We are sure that you can provide us justice, awaiting your response.

We want our investment back and also we would like that such incidence should not happen with anyone else. We would also like someone from your respected team to have a look at all such franchise operating from Kota, most of them are fooling students and others. Please help.
