ShopClues.com – non-delivery of my product

I ordered a “Philips DSP 30U 5.1 Speaker System” whose order ID with Shop Clues is 10452383 on 21st January, 2014. On 24th January I received the SMS that my product has been delivered. As I was in office I called my wife who was only present at my address at that time but she denied that no such delivery has been made at my address. When I raised my issue with Shop Clues they insisted me that my concern will be resolved soon. But after calling & e-mailing them 50-60 times they finally after a month shown me the POD of the courier company which I summarily rejected as it neither had signature of me or my wife or the contact No. mentioned on it. Now it’s been 5 months every time when I raise my concern again these people just send me the POD again and again and nothing doing any further. Even on their website when I select the said order ID and my issue-type as “Post Delivery Issue” it shows that one ticket is created on 7th Feb, 2014 for returning my money but nothing is done in this regard too. Refund of product’s total amount + Rs 2000 as fine for behaving to a customer in such an unprofessional manner.
