To Branch Manager, SBI-CPPC, Kolkata-700001 Dear Sir, I am receiving pension ( Defence) from SBI Ramrajatala Br. vide A/C No. 30350971729 since Dec 2009. against PPO. No C/Fys/17865/2009.Due to re-fixation vied PPO No c/Corr/Fys 15141/2013, dated 23/08/13 wef 01-01-2006 revised pension along with arrears of pension, Gratuity & Commutation has not yet been received. Details submitted to pension issuing branch along with application, so far no action has been taken.Pl do the needful at an earliest as the same is urgently needed for my treatment during the last days of my life.
