Sir, I have booked Honda city VMT urba Titanium car on 30/07/2014 with Deep Honda Bathinda and deposited cheque for booking amt of Rs. 51000/- with delivery expected on 30/09/2014. I inquired about the delivery in Oct, 14 but it was not available. I was told in Dec to take the delivery but I was not interested to take it in Dec and said that now I will buy 2015 model only. I inquired in April but car was not available again and in April end, I opted for cancellation and filled the cancellation form given by Deep Honda Bathinda on 03/05/2015 but it has not refunded the booking amt of Rs 51000/- to me yet. As it has not given me car in Oct, 14,So you are requested to direct them to refund me the booking amt along with applicable 12% interest.
