For an outstation trip to Ooty from bangalore on 12th Oct, I had booked an ac innova on 11th Oct and had made an advance payment of Rs 1680. My booking was confirmed and i received confirmation vide /crn no. crn3278174. The cab was supposed to report at 5 am at my residence. however, even after making repeated calls to the driver in the morning, the cab did not reach. on calling the helpline, i had asked them for making a replacement and i was told another cab would report at 8 am. However, even the 2nd cab did not report and iwas forced to book a cab at the last moment from other sources. my entire day was wasted as i could reach ooty only at night and my whole vacation was ruined. i will never use ola cabs again in my life and i want people to know about the horrible service they offer.
