My bike Pulsar got stolen in March 2010 from Ghaziabad from Indarapuram Regal appartments, so after settlement of all required documents from Ghaziabad court I have submitted all the documnets to Bijnor (U.P) Branch of United India Insurance. The manager told that company can not give me any claim because my bike was parked at unsafe place. My bike was stolen from Indrapuram (Ghaziabad) regal appartments which is just near to Shipra mall.

Even after two years we have not got the claim settlement, for this I have travelled 2-3 times from Bangalore to U.P.for only geting this claim I can’t travel again and again to U.P. as now I am working in Bangalore. and as company knows that I am always away from my hometown(Bijnor) so they are delaying and making unnecessary statement saying that bike was parked at wrong place. Is parking vehicle in appartments is unsafe place then where should we park our vehicle. I have written the grevience to United india insurance company Chennai head office but they also told that relevent reply documnet has been sent to me, but I have not got any letter ,its just a reply from Branch manger that bike was parked at wrong place. If they are saying that bike was parked at wrong plce than they should prove it,because I can prove that it is very good locality and not at all unsafe.
