I have a indane gas connection in my father-in-laws name with SUBH CHANDNI GAS SERVICES,B.M.DAS ROAD ,PATNA-04 CONSUMER NO-701.The agency has not supplied my refill for last six months while their record showing that it has been supplied.I told the dealer about this irregularity at least four times. I also wrote it to the concerned marketing manager but he has not taken any action.I have not booked my refill for last two months as my earlier booking has not supplied but the record shows that the refill was booked against me vide 244872 cash memo no-5960 on 23/11/11 and supplied on 25/11/11while I have not made any booking and also not received any supply. The agency cheated me and sold my refill in black market.Please look after this matter and protect the consumers interest.
