I regret to you that inspite of my repeated request to your office through my self or my insurance agent, I have not received my ORIGINAL INSURANCE POLICY NO: 124548967, which I had from your office on 15th february’2010.
I have also informed your office that my residence address is G-88, J.J. Colony , Wazirpur, Delhi-110052. wheras your office is showing G-888, J.J. Colony. Wazirpur,Delhi-1110052.
So I request you tolook into the matter, do the needfull and arrance to send my insurance policy without further delay.
