Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of DHBVN Faridabad and my A/C No. is SS12/1229 in favour of my name. A new meter was installed in place of old one on 01.06.2011 and till date the new meter is running. The New meter was purchased by me for Rs.1250/-from Shivam Electrical’s vide cash-memo No.001 dated 15.04.2011. A bill of Rs.3577/- for 823 units (Average basis) was sent by DHBVN which was very high for the period from 19/4/2011 to 19/6/2011 and same was paid. The next bill No.15727212 dated 28.08.2011 for Rs.3123/- for 723 units for 19/6/2011 to 19/08/2011 (Average basis) was also sent by DHBVN and this bill was also paid with anticipation that the same may be corrected and amount will be adjusted by DHBVN in next bill because the meter reading is taking regularly by the meter reader. The current bill No. 16435474 dated 30/10/2011(Average basis) has again sent for Rs.3123/- for 723 units for 19/08/2011 to 19/10/2011 without adjusting the payment made by me which is very high and objectionable. Now I am not ready to pay this bill before revision after adjustment of over payments and meter cost. A copy of above mentioned bills, Cash-memo and testing fee receipt No.100 dated 15/04/2011 for Rs.100/- has already been sent by me to SDO & SE of DHBVN, Faridabad by Speed Post today. I have already done online complaints so many times but no action has been taken by the DHBVN, Faridabad till date. Now I am not ready to bear this type of harassment of DHBVN.

You are requested to take necessary action onn the matter to save from the harassment of DHBVN and instruct the DHBVN to revise the current bill after making adjustment of over payment and meter amount of Rs.1250/- payment made by me. As and when the correct bill is made available to me the payment will be made. Till date I am not a defaulter of DHBVN Faridabad.
