I, Mainak Das (Mob No- 8759970322) a regular customer of Idea send a port message to 1900 writing “PORT 8759970322” 10/04/2014 at 10.25 am and also deducted the charge of Rs 1, but did not get the upc code till now. After that I contacted to the customer care. One of Idea customer care executive told me that the port code has successfully send to your number but if you did not recieve it please resend the message. After that I resend the message at 21.36 and also 21.42, but did not get any upc code till now. Why this is happened? Please try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
