I got a new lumia 625 on 12th feb not even a month i faced a problem apps closing by itself i took it to service center they took 5 days and returned my phone saying the phone software has been updated. but the problem was not fixed i faced the same problem again again i took it to service this time also they did the same and said it will work gud but it did not again . this time i submitted the phone they saud they will send it to head service center and repair it its almost 15 days. i have not got my phone and they say there is no problem in my device. Its just 2 months i bought this phone and i did not even use it for a month completely. i regret for choosing nokia this time.Pls replace my phone or give me a refund
