Dear Sir,
i was a passenger of JanaShadabdi 2075 one 30/03/2009. Ticket No. 21916083.
I purchased on bottle 7UP from the big shop on platform number 1 where the over bridge starts. There was a can of softdrink free along with the 2 litre bottle. But the shop keeper did not give the free can worth 15 Rs. The Batch no. of 7UP is 180 MFG DT. 15/03/2009 MRP 52.00. This shop keeper may not give free items as people are in hurry to catch the train. I am keeping the bottle with me. Please make a check and catch them if you find this kind of treatment with other passengers. No shop owner in Ernakulam should cheat any passenger here after
