I join the above mentioned company dated on 5th July, 2010 as a Area Manager @Rs.15000 per month remuneration. The appointment letter clear mentioned company deduct Rs,1500 per month from the above package & will return after 12 months give the deduct Rs.18000(12 x Rs.1500) amount. I resigned this company dated on 29th October, 2011. after complete the 16 months Job. The company not clear my 16 month deduct (Rs.1500 per month amount ) Rs.24000 & also Month of October, 2011 Salary,the amount Rs.37500. Till now not clear the amount Rs.37,500.

I several time talk with Mr. Hirak Chaudhary, Director of the above company. he told me every time contact on next month, in this incident happen for six months, after that he told me talk with the accountant of the above mentioned company. I talk with the accountant of the above company Mr. Arindam Bhowmik. He told me he submit my all calculate dues to Mr. Hirak Chaudhary at the month of August, 2012. After that I contact with Mr. Hirak Chaudhary every time he not pick my phone / busy in meeting told me, avoid me every time

Kindly humble request to you recover my above mentioned amount (Rs.37,500. Give me the proper relief to me about this kind of harassment. I am now trouble in my financial conditions
