I am Saurabh Aggarwal. I bought an HCL laptop on 13/7/2009. when buying the laptop i was assured that i will receive a reebok travel bag and a reebok wrist watch within few days.

I received the travel bag but not the wrist watch, and when i asked the courier man that there must be a wrist watch. Then he told me that till now company has send only the travel bag and the wrist watch will be delivered soon.

A number of times i have contacted the company and have also registered complain in this regard. But have got an solution.The person i have contacted in this regard is Mr Sushant(9910207292),and he is not picking up the phone now.

So, i would request you to please help me in this regard.
