I have given my cell phone xolo x900 to your customer collection point for repairing the network related issues and cell automatic drop issue. This involves reconfiguring the Mobile Software to Factory settings , at the max a days job. But i have not received any relevant information about my cell till date, regarding repair of my cellphone.
Please provide me my cell phone back as soon as possible or give me another alternative handset to use, even a non smartphone will doas I can stay connected by 2G Voice until I get back my xolo x900.
