I DIPAKKUMAR C.BADHEKA, I work in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.Co. Ltd. My Agent’s Licene No: (IC CODE)IS 1000312641. My mother branch is BHAVNAGAR, From very long period my code has LIMBO but I want continue . working in BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE, My code is not working and my all the renewal commission and prize amount approximately Rs.12000/ to 15000/- is not credited in my AXIS BANK A/C but my IC ZONE is not open I told this matter ADMIN, SALES MANAGER DIVISIONAL MANAGER but no any proper guidance type answer given to me. And my total RENEWAL COMMISSION has stopped. When I told MY S.M. Periodically he told that i have to logging minimum premium of Rs. 50000/- to re activate my i.c. code further my IRDA liecence also expired in SEPT-09
I Want to continue my code, my IRDA Liecence and getting all my amount lying with BALIC
please send your kind reply to my email and further guidelines to clear all the matters immediately further I can not receive my tax deduction form 16-A regularly
